Privacy Policy
This policy explains what NeoDesk Digital collects when you use this website, why it is collected, and what is done with it. NeoDesk Digital is a sole proprietorship operating from Fairfield County, Connecticut.
What is collected
The only information collected on this site is what you type into the free audit form and choose to send:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your industry
- Whatever you write in the "biggest frustration" field
- Your confirmation that NeoDesk Digital may contact you about the request
The missed-opportunity calculator on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent anywhere and are not stored.
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels.
Why it is collected
To reply to your audit request and, if you want one, to prepare and send the audit. It is also used to follow up about that request. It is not used for anything else.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which passes the message to the NeoDesk Digital business inbox. Formspree acts only as a delivery service. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is not shared with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for up to two years afterwards, so past requests can be referenced if you come back. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also ask to stop being contacted. Email hello@neodeskdigital.com and the request will be handled within 30 days at no cost.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, account credentials, or payment details through the audit form. Invoices and payments are handled separately through Stripe.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16. Information is not knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
