Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to work performed by NeoDesk Digital, a sole proprietorship operating from Fairfield County, Connecticut. Using this site or accepting a written scope means agreeing to these terms.

Where a signed proposal or written scope says something different from this page, the proposal governs for that project.

What is offered

NeoDesk Digital provides websites and landing pages, Google Business Profile setup and cleanup, review systems, lead capture and follow-up automation, social setup and support, and an AI call assistant. Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins.

Service area is Fairfield County, Connecticut and surrounding areas. Remote work may be offered when it is practical for the project.

The free audit

The audit is provided at no cost and creates no obligation on either side. It is an opinion based on publicly visible information at the time it is prepared. It is not a guarantee of results and does not create a client relationship.

Quotes and scope

Package prices are fixed and stated in the written scope. The AI call assistant is quoted per job because it depends on call volume and how the phones are set up. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Anything not written in the scope is not included. Additional work is quoted separately and only begins once it is agreed in writing.

Payment

For fixed-price packages, half is due up front and the balance is due at handoff. Work is scheduled once the deposit clears. Final files, accounts, and access are transferred at handoff after the balance is paid.

Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. NeoDesk Digital does not see or store card numbers. Invoices are due on receipt unless the scope states other terms.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, email, paid listings, and software subscriptions are not included unless the scope says so, and are billed by those providers to accounts held in the client name.

Deposits, cancellation, and refunds

The deposit reserves project time and covers work already performed. If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is not refundable, and any work completed beyond the deposit is invoiced at the agreed rate.

If NeoDesk Digital cancels a project before delivery for reasons other than client non-cooperation or non-payment, any amount paid for work not yet performed is refunded.

Recurring plans are month to month with no minimum term. Either side may cancel with 30 days written notice. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current month is not prorated.

Timelines

Typical turnaround is 7 to 10 days for Starter Presence and 2 to 3 weeks for Growth Presence. Exact timing is confirmed in the written scope before any work starts. Timelines assume content, access, and approvals arrive when requested. Delays on the client side move the delivery date by at least the length of the delay.

Client responsibilities

To deliver on time, the client agrees to provide:

• Text, images, logos, and other content the project needs
• Access to domains, hosting, Google, social, and any other accounts involved
• A single point of contact who can approve work
• Review and feedback within a reasonable time of being asked

The client confirms it owns or has permission to use everything it supplies, including photographs, logos, and text, and that using it will not infringe the rights of anyone else.

If a project stalls on the client side for more than 60 days, it may be closed. Restarting it may require a new quote.

Revisions and approval

Each scope states how many rounds of revision are included. Revisions are for refining work against the agreed scope; new requirements are new work and are quoted separately. Once delivered work is approved, or once 14 days pass without written feedback, it is treated as accepted.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the final delivered website content, design, and copy produced specifically for it. Domains and third-party accounts are registered in the client name and belong to the client.

NeoDesk Digital keeps ownership of its own tools, templates, internal processes, and any underlying components licensed from third parties, and may reuse them on other projects. Until payment is complete, delivered work is licensed for review only.

NeoDesk Digital may show completed work and name the client in its portfolio and marketing. A client can opt out of this by asking in writing.

Third-party services

Projects commonly rely on services run by other companies, including Google, hosting providers, email providers, form and automation tools, and payment processors. Those services have their own terms, pricing, and outages. NeoDesk Digital does not control them and is not responsible for their decisions, downtime, or policy changes.

NeoDesk Digital is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller for Google.

No guarantee of results

Search placement, lead volume, call volume, and revenue are never guaranteed. The work is scoped around fixing specific problems that make a business harder to find, trust, or contact. Outcomes depend on factors outside the control of either side, including competitors, platform changes, pricing, and how the business follows up on the leads it receives.

Acceptable use

NeoDesk Digital does not build or maintain anything used for illegal activity, deceptive claims, fake or incentivised reviews, or messaging that violates telephone, text, or email marketing rules. Work may be stopped without refund if a project is being used this way.

Where a project involves calls, texts, or email to the customers of the client, the client is responsible for having the consent those laws require and for honouring opt-outs.

Confidentiality

Non-public business information shared in order to do the work is kept confidential and used only for the project. This does not apply to information that is already public or that the law requires be disclosed.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but without any other warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent Connecticut law allows, NeoDesk Digital is not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount actually paid for that project in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

This site is provided as-is for general information. Its content, including prices, may change without notice. Nothing on it is a binding offer until confirmed in a written scope. The text, design, and logo on this site belong to NeoDesk Digital and may not be copied for commercial use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut. Both sides agree to raise a problem directly and try to resolve it in good faith before taking any other step.

Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when they do. Changes do not affect a scope already agreed and in progress.
